You will need to provide a copy without exception, of your most recent DLA letter showing your current entitlement and your 'blue badge' if car parking is required. If you are not offered a free ticket for a PA, and the event has sold out we will make one ticket available for you to buy. The arrangements for our hospitality packages are a little different. Please call our sales team on 0844 3728 230 to discuss your requirements.

Viewing Areas

Wheelchair accessible viewing is available throughout the site and for 2010 we are looking to include some new locations for our disabled guests. The locations of these areas have been carefully considered to give some of the best views of the circuit. Please contact 0844 3728 232 to discuss.

These terraces are solely for the use of disabled persons and in particular wheelchair users, with one PA. In some of these areas there is a seat provided for the accompanying person. On the terrace areas PAs are asked to please bring their own folding chair. There will be stewards present to assist wheelchair users to access and egress in the case of an emergency exit.

Car Parking

We have a large number of disabled car parking spaces located in car park 50. To park in any disabled car parking space, an orange or blue European disabled badge must be displayed in your vehicle.

Following our Workplace Transport risk assessment, we have identified the need to reduce the vehicle/person interface. Therefore if you believe that you have a need to park within the circuit can you please take your 'blue badge' to the Ticket Collection/Welcome Centre located in car park 49 where they will issue you with the appropriate car park pass or contact 0844 3728 251 (Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.00pm only) before the event.

For the Grand Prix there are also a number of disabled parking spaces near gates 8 and 15. For these car parks you need to ensure that you inform the stewards so that they can park you in the hard standing area near the gate. If you experience any difficulties parking at the venue make your way to the main reception so that we can deal with your problem. Vehicle clamping/towing will be in operation so please ensure that you display the correct passes.

For our small events blue badge holders will be allowed to park in the designated disabled car parking areas within the circuit and for the very small club meetings, near the disabled viewing areas.

If you do park within the circuit it would be greatly appreciated if you only park in the designated car park area. We also ask that you do not drive around the perimeter road, on the banks or other grassed areas.
