British Grand Prix MotoGP 2024 Cal Crutchlow Meet & Greet Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to those entered into the Silverstone Circuit Monster Energy British Grand Prix MotoGP Cal Crutchlow Meet and Greet prize draw as a result of having bought a Saturday or weekend ticket, to the 2024 event at any time before 23:59 on Thursday 11 July 2024.
THE PRIZE
The winning prize will be two passes to meet Cal Crutchlow on Saturday 03 August 2024. Exact time of meet and greet to be confirmed. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided. We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.
ELIGIBILITY TO ENTER
The competition is open to entrants who are at least 18 years of age or older. Silverstone Circuits Ltd. employees and associates are excluded from the draw. By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that may be awarded to you.
There is a limit of one entry per person. To be entered into the competition, you must buy a Saturday or weekend ticket to Monster Energy British Grand Prix MotoGP ticket through the official ticket page on the Silverstone Circuit website. Please note that any child ticket purchased must be accompanied by an adult. Those who purchase tickets between the Thursday 27 June - Thursday 11 July 2024 will be eligible to be entered into the prize draw.
WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
The winner will be chosen at random by Silverstone Circuits Ltd. and notified via the email address provided no sooner than 72 hours after the competition closing time. Silverstone Circuits Ltd. will make one attempt to contact the winner via email. If the winner does not respond to the email informing them of their win within 3 days of the second email, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Silverstone Circuits Ltd. reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.
DELIVERY OF THE PRIZE
The winner will be notified about how they will collect their prize at the same time they are told they have won.

Travel & Accommodation is not included.
Silverstone Circuits Ltd. accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.
All entry data will be captured and processed in line with the Silverstone Circuits Ltd Privacy Policy.
