KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

People Development: Foster a culture of accountability, provide regular coaching and mentorship, and lead training initiatives.
Process Improvement: Finalise departmental SOPs and event operation manuals, drive a zero-defect approach to health and safety, and ensure adherence to high standards of service.
Operational Excellence: Manage daily operations, oversee team performance, and ensure smooth running of all departments.
Team Leadership: Motivate and inspire your team to achieve exceptional results, onboard new team members, and build a strong sense of camaraderie.
