Personal Assistant Scheme

While attending the British Grand Prix event, for those that require full-time assistance, we offer one free ticket for a partner, friend, or personal assistant available via our Personal Assistant Scheme. 

Depending on the Formula 1 ticket you wish to purchase, there will be a different application process. See full details below.

GENERAL ADMISSION AND GRANDSTAND TICKETS

If you intend to apply for the PA Scheme for these ticket types: 

  • First purchase all your General Admission or Grandstand tickets including any parking and extras from the website here
  • On completion of purchase, email your completed application form within 5 days of purchase to [email protected] and include your booking reference and all supporting documents 

Once your application has been approved a member of the team will convert one ticket to a carer ticket and process a refund for this single ticket. Please note: this refund can take up to 14 days to show in your account. 

If you have purchased parking and have included a copy front and back of your Blue Badge we will swap public parking to Blue Badge. Please note: you will need to display both the Blue Badge and parking pass when you arrive at the event.

WHEELCHAIR BAYS WITHIN VIEWING PLATFORMS

If you are applying for a wheelchair or mobility scooter bay on one of our viewing platforms. 

  • Purchase a General Admission ticket including any parking and extras from the website here.  
  • On completion of purchase, email your completed application form within 5 days of purchase to [email protected] and include your booking reference and all supporting documents 

Viewing Platforms include:
Luffield Complex 
Luffield Terrace 
Copse Terrace 
These platforms allow one wheelchair and one carer (bring your own seating).

  • Which accessible grandstand you prefer
  • The number of people in your party 
  • Which days you require

PERSONAL ASSISTANT SCHEME Terms and Conditions
  • Please make sure that you read the criteria on the PA application form before purchasing tickets. 
  • You must apply for the PA scheme within 5 days from the point of ticket purchase. We're unable to consider any applications received after the 5 days. 
  • If you are not approved for the scheme, we will refund your F1 tickets within 14 working days. 
  • If we’re unable to offer a complimentary ticket for your PA, and the event has sold out, we’ll make one ticket available for you to purchase. 
  • PA Scheme for Formula 1 British Grand Prix 2025 will close on Friday 20 June 2025. We're unable to consider any applications after this deadline.
