Best known as the winner of the Great British Bake Off 2023, Matty has become a charismatic content creator, sharing the magic of baking and cooking. He is on a journey to inspire and create in the world of culinary delights and whether you're looking for a quick recipe, a class in all things baking, or just some new equipment, Matty's got you covered!

Best known as the MasterChef 2024 Champion, Brin started his career as a veterinary surgeon before making the leap into the food industry. He lifted the coveted MasterChef trophy last year in what was described as the best final in twenty years by judge, John Torode. Brin is now a food content creator and private dining chef and aims to educate the world on delicious home cookery.

Marked by a steady commitment to quality and innovation, David's career has seen him author five cookbooks designed to inspire young chefs. With a focus on balanced flavours and simple techniques, he has built a loyal following among home cooks and food enthusiasts alike.
"Bake off is a lot like a food demo stage and it’s where I’m most at home. Having won the GBBO in 2019, it’s been a really busy time juggling my day job as a nurse in the NHS with writing cookbooks but I love it. At Silverstone this summer, come and see me and get my practical tips for everyday baking on the demo stage."

Tristan is one of the most celebrated chefs in the UK with an impressive CV of Michelin-starred restaurants and high-society watering holes. He's known for his authentic recipes with sumptuous flavours prepared with a flourish.

Thomas started his career in Michelin-starred restaurants in London working for Jason Atherton, Tom Aikens, Ramsey Group. He has been a personal private chef to some of the world's royal families and billionaires and celebrity personalities.

A contestant on The Great British Bake Off in 2018, Karen is remembered both for her extravagant showstopping bakes and her colourful personality and wardrobe. After leaving the show at the halfway point, Karen has been busy entertaining the public at food festivals on the television and on the radio.

Gifted an air fryer early in the lockdowns of 2020, Clare was unsure of what to make (other than chips!) but as a keen home cook she started exploring the possibilities of her air fryer and began sharing her quick and delicious recipes on Instagram. She now has more than 110k followers on Instagram, and her first book The Ultimate Air Fryer Cookbook is a number 1 Sunday Times bestseller.

Claire Clark MBE, MOGB, is an International Pastry Chef and Founder of The Claire Clark Academy. She has over four decades of expertise in the culinary arts, specialising in high-end patisserie. Her distinguished career spans some of the world’s most prestigious institutions, including The French Laundry, Claridge's Hotel, and The Ritz London, where she honed her craft and developed a deep passion for precision, creativity, and exceptional quality.

As a food writer of Southern Italian descent, Carmela writes a monthly food column for her local newspaper ‘The Chronicle & Echo’, and is a cookery tutor, demonstrator, cookery event planner, recipe developer, pastaia and runs incredibly successful supper clubs.

In this completely immersive learning environment, Rob offers classes, from stay-and-messy-play sessions for preschoolers, after school clubs and holiday playschemes for school-age children, a whole variety of baking and cake decorating classes for adults and even baking experience days inspired by some of your favourite TV shows.
