Join us at Foodie Fest across the weekend as our guest chefs take to the Silverstone Kitchen Live stage and cook up a storm - learn plenty of tips and recipe ideas from industry experts!
From master coffee roaster to MasterChef Champion, Chariya became the 19th amateur cook to claim the coveted title on BBC One's prestigious cooking competition. Facing off the talents of 44 other ambitious contestants, Chariya triumphed at the end of eight exciting weeks of MasterChef culinary challenges, which culminated in a white-knuckle cook-off against the exceptional remaining finalists.

Born and bred in Italy, Giuseppe moved to the UK in his early 20s and it is his adoptive homeland. He grew up in a family of passionate bakers and inherited from his dad, a professional chef, a passion for all things cooked or baked.
"Winning the Great British Bake off in 2021 inspired me to share my family’s gastronomic knowledge far and wide. As a proud Britalian, I can’t wait to share my passion for baking with families at such an iconic British sporting venue while fuelling my other passion: design. I’m looking forward to seeing the mix of iconic car designs over the weekend too!"
It was the UK Covid lockdown of 2020 that saw Chigs seek out a new hobby and drew him to baking. A year later, and after words of encouragement from friends and family, the self-taught baker applied to “The Great British Bake Off 2021” and reached the final.

My time on the Great British Bake Off showed my love for preparing feasts for family gatherings and I look forward to sharing my love of baking at the huge super-sized family gathering that is the Festival weekend!"
Stefano Laudadio is Chief Pizza Officer at PizzaSi with a goal to bring a true Italian pizza experience to the table. Born in the heart of Italy, surrounded by culture, history, and, of course, food, he dedicated his education and career to the hospitality sector from the age of 14. His fundamental? No pineapple on pizza!
Kathy is a cook, veg grower and writer who worked in London for more than a decade before burnout and depression took hold and she escaped to the countryside, finding solace in the veg patch. After learning the ropes at Daylesford Organic Farm, she became a full time writer and recipe developer, hosting supper clubs and cookery demonstrations with harvests from her garden. Eva Humphries is a leading registered nutritionist with a refreshingly down-to-earth approach to nutrition. Lerato Umah-Shaylor is an award-winning author, broadcaster and chef, a leading voice in contemporary African cooking. Her debut cookbook: Africana, published in 2022, is a treasure trove of recipes and stories from across the continent. Lerato believes in the power of using food to bring people together with flavours rooted in tradition. Her goal has always been to inspire everyone to cook and share food with passion and compassion.
Natasha (aka “The Loving Chef”) is an award-winning culinary artist who created a chocolate and cake business at the age of 9, advancing to Michelin chef. In 2016, she embraced a vegan lifestyle, which transformed her approach to food and nutrition, and now runs her own business in Moulton, just outside Northampton, where she is dedicated to growing organic ingredients in her community garden and thrives on dishes created from seed to plate. Dean Edwards is a Bristol-born chef, best known for his role as a resident chef demonstrator on ITV's breakfast show Lorraine. Dean's cost-cutting and family-friendly recipes, cheeky personality and accessible approach to cooking have made him a favourite with viewers. You can view his recipes here.
Paul and Wilai Lees are a husband and wife team who have perfected high-end BBQ items based on classic Thai dishes. Their shop in Buckinghamshire, Really Good Sausages Burgers BBQ Bites, continues to produce the products they mastered, and they sell at a number of Farmers Markets and events.
