We’re upgrading our booking system for Drive, Track Days, and Testing

On Wednesday 15 May, we’ll be transitioning to a new system for our Drive, Track Days, and Testing products to provide a better experience for you when booking with us. We’re excited to be rolling out this new upgrade to provide our customers with a faster and more streamlined booking experience.

When will the switch take place? 

The switch to our new system will take place on Wednesday 15 May 2024. For a short time on this date, you will be unable to purchase Drive, Track Days, or Testing products.

 

Why are you changing booking system?

We’re transitioning to a booking system better suited to our growing selection of thrilling leisure and track products to create an improved experience for you when purchasing online.

 

What are the benefits for me?

With this new system, you’ll be able to better purchase and manage your visit to Silverstone.

  • Faster and clearer online booking journey.
  • Better gifting options, including being able to personalise your gift voucher.
  • More visibility on available dates and times.
  • Clearer communication from us in the lead-up to your experience.

 

What do I need to do?

If you already have a booking with us, this will be transferred. You’ll need to create a new account to access your booking and will have received an email from us explaining how to do this. 

If you don’t have a current booking, you don’t need to do anything! When you purchase a Drive Experience, Track Day, or Testing product, you’ll be prompted to create a new account.
