We recommend arriving no more than 30 minutes before your time slot. If you do arrive earlier, we may ask you to wait in a holding area until your arranged start time.

You do not have to stay in your seat, there are standing areas to watch from, however you will not be able to move to a different seat.
Registration opens at 7am, and closes at 8.15am. Please aim to arrive in good time to park up, sign on and have a hot drink before the safety briefing at 8.20am.
Car parks will be open from 08.30 with the registration desk open from 09.00. Riders will be called to the start line 30 minutes before their race time.

Both the 20k and 50k rides will be timed, with riders getting a split time for each lap they complete. Live timings will be available throughout the day - accessible from the event website. After the event, riders will be able to check how they compared with others, also via the event website.
Of course! To ensure you book the same slot we recommend purchasing tickets for the total number of cars in one transaction. Or get your buddy to book the same time.
We ask that all attendees stay within their vehicle whilst on the circuit for the LAP of LIGHTS experience. There will be plenty of time for you to stretch your legs in the Lodge and on the Ice Trak before or after your lap.
We recommend you book your ICE TRAK ticket 90 minutes before or after your LAP of LIGHTS Drive session. This will leave you plenty of time to return your skates, enjoy our festive food offering and back to your vehicle.
