British Grand Prix Competition Special Terms and Conditions
Who can enter
Prize Draw is open to customers who enter the prize draw to win 2 x 10 year passes to the British Grand Prix (for themselves and one other) through our prize draw.
The Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw.
Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will not be counted.
Opening and Closing Date & Time
Prize Draw opens for entries at 15:00 GMT Thursday 08 February 2024.
Prize Draw closes for entries at 15:00 GMT Thursday 15 February 2024.
Entries received outside this period will not be entered into this Prize Draw.
Prize
One winner will receive two named decade passes (a decade pass for themselves and one other) to watch the British Grand Prix at Silverstone for the next 10 years. Prize includes a general admission 4-day weekend ticket, for two named individuals, for the next 10 years from 2025 – 2034 (inclusive). Tickets can be upgraded by the named individual in any year by paying the difference between the general admission 4-day weekend ticket and the ticket they wish to purchase.
If Silverstone decide, during the period 2025-2034 (inclusive) to remove general admission from the Thursday of the British Grand Prix weekend, the decade pass will convert to a 3-day weekend ticket, without any compensation being due to the winner.
The prize does not include travel, accommodation or any other costs and/or expenses related to attending the British Grand Prix. Neither ticket/pass may be transferred (at any time) from the named individual(s) and the prize is non-exchangeable.
All prizes are subject to availability. No cash equivalent (where applicable) or alternative prize will be given at the request of the winner.
How to enter & cost of entry
Entry into the prize draw will take place automatically when the customer enters the British Grand Prix Decade Giveaway.
Competition entry is free of charge. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to agree to these terms and conditions and the Silverstone General Competition Terms.
Winner selection & contact
The draw will take place within 72 hours after the closing date and the winner will not be announced any earlier than Wednesday 21 February 2024.
Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.
The prize is time sensitive, and the winner will be contacted on or after the closing date by way of message sent in accordance with the Silverstone General Competition Terms. The winner must provide the name and contact details of the other individual who will receive the decade pass, in addition to the winner.
