Code of Conduct

Any individuals deemed, in the reasonable opinion of Silverstone Circuits Limited (SCL), to be in breach of any element of this Code may be refused entry to Silverstone Circuit (the Venue) or removed from the Venue.

SCL expects all attendees at the Venue to carry themselves and act with respect for all other attendees and organisations associated with the activity taking place at the Venue, including but not limited to SCL. In particular, SCL:

  1. Compel absolute COMPLIANCE with POLICIES and PROCEDURES – SCL is responsible for the safety and security of all Venue attendees and its policies and procedures must be strictly followed at all times.
  2. Has a ZERO TOLERANCE approach to anti-social behaviour – All attendees must follow the direction of staff, security, stewards and event/Venue signage at all times. SCL do not accept any form of anti-social behaviour, including but not limited to, harassment, discrimination, verbal or physical abuse of any kind.
  3. Expect RESPONSIBLE CONSUMPTION of alcohol – Alcohol, smoking, vaping and use of tobacco products must only be consumed in permitted areas at the Venue and in moderation. Attendees must not possess or be under the influence of any illegal drugs or substances.
  4. Require RESPECT for the ENVIRONMENT and the Venue’s NEIGHBOURS – SCL expect attendees to keep the Venue clean, disposing of waste in designated bins, and to attend and leave the Venue in a respectful manner without any disruption to the Venue’s neighbours and local residents.
  5. Expect the enhancement of SILVERSTONE’s REPUTATION – Silverstone has a rich history and heritage that it strives to maintain. Attendees must not conduct any activity, in person or online, that could reasonably be considered to (directly or indirectly) harm or damage the reputation of Silverstone or any other organisation involved in the operation and delivery of the event at the Venue.

SCL works closely with the police and authorities and will collaborate openly with those organisations in the event of a breach of this Code.
