Golden Ticket
terms and conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to those entered into Silverstone Festival's Golden Ticket Prize Draw as a result of buying general admission event tickets or a Car Club Display Package to the 2025 event before 23:59 on Sunday 10 November 2024.

  1. The promoter of this competition is Silverstone Circuits Limited, Silverstone Circuit, Towcester, Northamptonshire, NN12 8TN (the Promoter).
  2. The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter, employees of Goose Live Events Limited, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

  3. The prize options include:

    ·   A pair of weekend General Admission tickets to the Formula 1 British Grand Prix 2025 (tickets offered in line with the event terms and conditions, available here); 

    ·   A Silverstone Drive Single Seater Experience* (not for use during the event itself and the standard Drive terms and conditions apply); 

    ·   An overnight stay (plus breakfast) for two adults in a Countryside Residence at Escapade Silverstone in 2025 – dates exclude major event weekends**;

    ·        A pair of tickets to the Porsche Driving Experience, courtesy of Michelin;

    ·      A pair of Friday hospitality tickets at Silverstone Festival 2025, courtesy of Adrian Flux;

    ·       A pair of places in the Festival Grid Walk; 

    ·       A Silverstone merchandise gift bag;

    ·     A fabulous goodie bag, courtesy of our friends at Diddly Squat Farm Shop, featuring a selection of non-perishable items;

    ·       A Made in Northamptonshire goodie bag; or

    ·       A one-year subscription to Motor Sport Magazine.

  4. Winners will be drawn at random from all those buying tickets or a package 72 hours after the closing date, and will be notified no later than Friday 22 November.
  5. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
  6. The winners will be contacted via email and if we cannot contact a winner or if a winner does not supply the requested information within one week of contact initially being made, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to a reserve winner selected at the same time as the original.
  7. The prize must be accepted as offered. There is no cash or other alternative to the prize, in whole or part. The prize is non-transferable and is not for re-sale.
  8. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should circumstances outside its control make this necessary.
  9. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the Promoter of any special access requirements when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.
  10. The winner agrees to take part in publicity relating to this prize promotion with no further recompense. 
  11. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties but will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid consumer disappointment. 
  12. The winner’s details may need to be passed to our authorised partner companies to the extent necessary for the fulfilment of this competition prize but only with their permission.
  13. The application and interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute concerning them.

* For the Silverstone Drive Single Seater Experience voucher,  the voucher will be valid for 12 months from the date the winner is notified, and the winner will need to follow instructions from Silverstone on booking their experience. The driver will need to comply with the driver requirements for the experience.

** Complimentary stay for two people only. Voucher valid from 1 March 2025 till 30th December 2025, excluding major event dates at Silverstone circuit and bank holidays, and is subject to availability. Voucher cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any other monetary value. Breakfast includes complimentary buffet and hot drink; all other food and drink is payable during your stay. Prize is non-transferable.
