When and where to watch the 2024 MotoGP British Grand Prix
24 July 2024The MotoGP paddock descends on Silverstone at the very beginning of August (2-4) and the passionate crowd will be out to show support for their favourite teams and riders as well as some of the best racing on two wheels.
But for those looking to watch from the comfort of their own home, here’s a run-down on how to catch the action, and all of the support races with plenty of British talent in action.
Where to watch the 2024 MotoGP British Grand Prix
The 2024 British Moto Grand Prix will be broadcast live on TNT Sports and MotoGP VideoPass with coverage also available on ITV4, so there are plenty of ways to catch the action at Silverstone.
TNT Sports
Formerly BT Sports, TNT Sports broadcasts every session live across their channels, including the support categories. TNT Sports is an add-on or available at an offer if you are with selected mobile networks. There are also options through the main TV providers, and a 30-day free trial if you sign up for the Discovery Plus Premium bundle on Amazon Prime.
MotoGP VideoPass
MotoGP’s own platform – VideoPass – offers live and on-demand streaming of all the sessions. A monthly subscription will set you back €30, and a season-long pass is €100, but there is also a free trial option which includes TimingPass, allowing you access to detailed live timing.
ITV4
ITV4 will be showing coverage of the Sprint Race and the Grand Prix itself live and free-to-air. That is then available on demand through ITVX.

British talent to watch out for
Unfortunately, Cal Crutchlow is unable to make his wildcard appearance but there are still plenty of riders to cheer on throughout the weekend. Jake Dixon, off the back of his best result of the season last time out, will be in action for the last race of the day on Sunday, so be sure to stick around for that, while MLav Racing rider Scott Ogden will be flying the flag for Britain in Moto3.
