Grid Walk Ballot Special Terms and Conditions
OFFER
The Silverstone Festival ballot for grid walk tickets relates to a grid walk being held on Sunday 25 August 2024 at the International Paddock prior to Race 16 – Masters Racing Legends (for historic Formula 1 cars) and is subject to Silverstone’s General Competition Terms and Conditions and these Special Terms and Conditions.
WHO CAN ENTER
To enter the ballot, the ticket holder must request ballot tickets (up to a maximum of four) by logging into their account and requesting the required quantity of tickets. Capacity for the grid walk is 300 people. In order to be eligible for the grid walk tickets, either a 3-day Silverstone Festival Weekend (23-25 August) ticket or a Sunday (full day - 25 August) Silverstone Festival ticket must be held. The grid walk is subject to age restrictions and all ticket holders must be 16 or over. Under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult.
OPENING/ CLOSING DATE & TIME
The ballot will be open for entries from Friday 9 August 2024 at 5pm until Friday 16 August 2024 at 5pm.
WINNER SELECTION & CONTACT
If successful in the ballot, the winner will be notified by email no later than 9am on Thursday 22 August and a ticket or tickets for the grid walk will be issued.
There is one time slot for the grid walk and access to the track will be possible on the presentation of a ticket for scanning. Instructions relating to the timing and specific location of the grid walk will be communicated in advance. Access will be denied to any ticket holders arriving after the confirmed time.
COST OF ENTRY
Grid walk tickets are provided at no cost and any sale of these tickets is strictly forbidden. Grid walk tickets that are sold will result in cancellation of each of the original recipient’s Silverstone Festival tickets.
